Title: Gingered Peach Sauce - Glorious Liqueurs

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

1cPeach nectar
2tbSugar
2slFresh ginger, fresh and
  Peeled
4lgPeaches, peeled and
  Quartered
2tbPeach schnapps

Bring peach nectar, sugar and ginger to a boil over moderate heat. Lower heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Add peaches; simmer 7 to 10 minutes until the peaches are very tender. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

Puree mixture, cool slightly. Stir in schnapps. Cover and refrigerate.
